ICTNET Network

2007–2010

For the internet service provider ICT Expert, I managed the active network elements of ICTNET – backbone and link switches including elements on masts, backbone routers and customer routers. I took care of firewalling, QoS and the address plan, connected the LTNET network in Roudnice nad Labem and deployed SSL VPN with Cisco AnyConnect.

On Linux, I built a monitoring server for the network with Nagios, graphs, SMS notifications via a GSM module, backups (Bacula), central logging and configuration archiving of network elements (RANCID).
