ATTC – Tickets from Monitoring

2017–2025

I designed and developed the tool in Python for CNS in 2017 and then evolved it over several years: NTLM authentication, ticket merging, templates based on services, handling service desk error responses, a task queue in Redis, filtering by hosts and services for individual customers, and in 2023 a migration from SOAP to the Alvao REST API.
